Reporting Suspicious Emails
How to recognize and report phishing or suspicious messages.
Criminals sometimes impersonate trusted brands. vCloud Choice Inc. will never ask you to send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment card details by unsolicited email.

1. Warning Signs
- Unexpected urgency or threats about account suspension.
- Links to unfamiliar domains or misspelled URLs.
- Requests for passwords, MFA codes, or wire-transfer changes.
- Attachments you were not expecting.
2. How to Report
Forward suspicious messages that appear to come from vCloud Choice Inc. to [email protected] with the subject “Suspicious Email Report.” Do not click links or open attachments in the suspicious message.
If you entered credentials on a suspicious site, change your password immediately and contact us so we can help secure your account.
