Shipping Policy
Delivery methods, fees, and timing for orders fulfilled by vCloud Choice Inc.
This Shipping Policy describes delivery options commonly offered at checkout for eligible orders within the United States. Exact options, fees, and timelines can vary by product, destination, weight, and carrier conditions. We do not currently offer international shipping—see United States Shipping Only.
1. Delivery Methods
Unless otherwise stated on your order, the following methods may be available for U.S. destinations:
- Standard ground — Ground delivery. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Often offered at no additional shipping charge.
- Express — Expedited delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. A shipping fee applies (for example $29.99 where offered at checkout).
- Overnight — Next business day delivery where available. A higher shipping fee applies (for example $59.99 where offered at checkout).
2. Order Processing
Most in-stock items begin shipping within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and payment clearance. Custom configurations, imaging, staging, or special-order items may require additional lead time, often 3–7 business days or longer depending on scope.
3. Fees and Risk of Loss
Shipping fees selected at checkout are charged as shown. Applicable U.S. sales tax and similar charges may apply as calculated at checkout or on invoice.
Title and risk of loss pass according to the Standard Terms of Sale and the shipping terms stated on the invoice.
