Effective September 8, 2026Updated September 8, 2026

1. Product Sales

Product orders are accepted subject to availability, credit approval where applicable, and our Standard Terms of Sale. Quotes and RFQs may be submitted through our portals; issued offers show an expiration date (or default to seven days if none is set) and may be withdrawn earlier. Expired or canceled offers cannot be used at checkout.

Title and risk of loss generally pass according to the shipping terms on the invoice and our Shipping Policy. vCloud Choice Inc. currently ships to destinations within the United States only.

2. Professional and Field Services

Services such as pre-sales engineering, imaging and staging, configuration and logistics, field installation, maintenance, lifecycle management, and related work are scoped in a quote, statement of work, or service description.

Customer responsibilities may include timely site access, accurate requirements, and necessary credentials. Delays caused by missing information or site readiness may affect schedules and charges.

3. Changes and Cancellation

Change requests should be submitted in writing. Non-standard, custom, or NCNR items and services identified as non-cancelable are not cancelable or returnable once ordered, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services already started or completed may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact [email protected] to discuss a specific engagement.

4. Warranties

Manufacturer and OEM warranties apply to eligible products as provided by the vendor. vCloud Choice Inc. does not expand those warranties unless stated in writing on the quote or invoice. Service workmanship commitments, if any, will be stated in the applicable service agreement.
