How manufacturer product recalls are communicated and handled.
Hardware and other products sold by vCloud Choice Inc. may be subject to manufacturer recalls or safety notices. Manufacturers typically lead recall programs for their products.

1. Our Process
When we receive official recall information from a manufacturer or regulator, we take reasonable steps to notify affected customers when we can identify them from our records, and we follow manufacturer instructions for returns, replacements, or remediation.
If you believe a product you purchased may be subject to a recall, contact the manufacturer using the recall notice details and email [email protected] with your order information so we can assist where possible.
