Product Ratings and Reviews
How product ratings appear and rules that apply if customer reviews are enabled.
Product pages may display rating scores or review counts supplied with catalog data from manufacturers, distributors, or other data sources. Customer-submitted reviews are not a guaranteed Site feature. If we enable user-submitted reviews in the future, the standards below apply to that content.
1. Catalog Ratings
Displayed stars, averages, or review counts may reflect third-party or historical catalog data and are provided for general information. They are not a guarantee of performance for your specific environment.
2. Content Standards (If Reviews Are Enabled)
If you submit a review, it should reflect a genuine experience. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content; personal data of others; or spam. Do not impersonate others or claim affiliations you do not have. By submitting content, you grant vCloud Choice Inc. a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with the Site.
3. Moderation
We may remove or refuse content that violates these guidelines, appears fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate. Aggregation methods for any ratings we display may change over time.
