Payment & Billing Terms
How checkout payments, taxes, failed charges, and processors work on our Site.
These Payment & Billing Terms apply to purchases made through vCloud Choice Inc. shop and checkout experiences. They supplement our Standard Terms of Sale. Where an invoice or signed quote states different payment terms for a business order, that written document controls for that order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We generally accept major credit and debit cards and other methods enabled at checkout through our payment processor. Available methods may vary by account type, location, and fraud controls.
3. Payment Processor Involvement
Card payments are intended to be handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) when checkout is enabled for your order. When processor checkout is used, vCloud Choice Inc. does not store full card numbers on our own servers. The processor’s terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment transaction. Some business orders may be invoiced under separately agreed credit terms instead of card checkout.
4. Taxes, Currency, and Price Changes
Displayed prices may exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable U.S. sales tax and similar charges may be calculated at checkout or invoiced as required by law. We do not currently charge foreign duties because we ship within the United States only.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts are contracted in U.S. Dollars. Catalog prices and promotions may change without notice until an order is accepted. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and the order canceled or reconfirmed before fulfillment.
5. Failed Payments and Chargebacks
If a payment fails, the order may be delayed or canceled. You remain responsible for amounts owed for fulfilled orders. vCloud Choice Inc. does not offer subscription auto-billing plans on this Site.
Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review, order cancellation, or collection activity. Contact [email protected] first if you believe a charge is incorrect.
