Order Cancellation Policy
When and how orders can be canceled before shipment or fulfillment.
This Order Cancellation Policy covers canceling orders before they ship or before services are performed. After delivery, see our Return Policy. This notice supplements our Standard Terms of Sale.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not entered fulfillment, shipping, or vendor procurement lock-in, we will generally attempt to cancel and refund eligible prepaid amounts to the original payment method.
2. Non-Cancelable Items
Orders marked non-standard, custom, special-order, imaged/configured, or NCNR (non-cancelable / non-returnable) generally cannot be canceled once accepted, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
3. Services
Service engagements may be canceled before work starts if agreed in writing. After work has started, fees for time spent, materials, and non-recoverable costs may apply.
4. After Shipment
Once shipped, the order is handled under the Return Policy and carrier rules rather than cancellation.
